Tasting Notes
With purple hues and a bright crimson edge, this wine is extremely fragrant, revealing aromas of fresh raspberries, maraschino cherries and peppery spices. This is a medium-bodied wine with flavours of juicy berries and soft tannins, with exotic subtleties of pomegranate and rose.
Sam Kim writes "This is sweetly fruited and immediately appealing on the nose showing raspberry, dark cherry, violet, vanilla and mixed spice aromas, followed by a juicy palate that is plump and supple. The wine offers terrific fruit purity and varietal flavours, making it a wonderful anytime red."
