This is delicate, crisp and dry wine in the classic Provence style. Individual parcels of Tempranillo and Merlot from Craggy Range's Gimblett Gravels Vineyard were selected for freshness and balance then gently pressed for careful colour and flavour extraction before a slow fermentation in old French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
The winery writes "Brilliant rose petal in colour. Lifted wild strawberries and floral notes but an underlying dried apricot. The palate balances the sweetness and savoury of rose with perfection: fresh boysenberry and juniper berries on the initial entry. A savoury, textured phenolic line drives through the palate that gives the wine infinite drinkability."
