We loved the lightly dimpled bottles with the handmade look, but the real magic is inside the glass here. This is a thoroughly modern expression of dry Mediterranean Rosé with unfolding layers of subtle fruits underpinned by a delightful line of fresh acidity. The soft light pink colour looks like rosy cheeks after a first kiss while those summer peach and creamy light strawberry flavours dance around your palate. A wine made for summer enjoyment. The winery writes " Grenache (45%), Cinsault (25%), Syrah (15%) Merlot (15%). The freshness, the fruitiness of this wine hits you at the front of your tongue. Freshly picked and chopped fruit, very ripe peach and strawberry flavors. A great texture, almost silkiness to the wine."
