Tasting Notes
The winery writes "Pale straw/white gold hue. Fresh and flinty aromas of grapefruit, hazelnut, flint, and nectarine. The palate is bright with white peach, stone fruits, citrus peel and honey with salivating saline characters. This is an unfiltered wine with small amounts of sediment. Please allow the bottle to stand and before pouring. Decanting will allow maximum expression of aroma and purity of fruit to emerge."
